GCYPS
The Global Coalition on Youth, Peace and Security (GCYPS) is the leading platform for shaping global policy and practice on YPS, which we co-chair together with Search for Common Ground and UNFPA/PBSO. The GCYPS facilitates exchange, coordination, and collaboration between more than 70 organisations, including youth-led and youth-focused organisations, from civil society, UN entities, donors, academia and inter-governmental bodies. The central objective of the coalition is to strengthen youth participation in peacebuilding policy and practice. One of many milestones achieved through the coalition was the groundbreaking adoption of UN Security Council resolution 2250. For more information, visit www.youth4peace.info/About_GCYPS.
