Youth for Peace International

Youth for Peace International is a youth-led peacebuilding organisation which envisions a peaceful world of empowered individuals and sustainable societies. Their work is focused in 3 areas which are capacity building, ground action, and advocacy. Under capacity building they conduct training programmes on conflict transformation and peace education for youth primarily but they also work with children and educators.

At ground level, Youth for Peace International provides rehabilitation support to Rohingya refugees with the focus on trauma healing, education and bridging intercommunity conflict through dialogue. To amplify the wor, they advocate through creative online campaigns and policy recommendations. Youth for Peace International is also actively advocating for implementation of the Youth, Peace and Security agenda in India by building a national level network of young peacebuilders.
