Young Professionals Network

Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a cooperative development platform composed of young professionals and other entities, such as nonprofit organisations, youth organisations, business associations, freelancers, and businesses. Their mission is to empower and develop young professionals by strengthening their rights and by increasing their capacity and ability to participate in the workforce, policy-making, and decision-making processes.

YPN emphasises the significance of including young-inclusive concerns within peace and political processes and encouraging the inclusion and significant representation of youth throughout all levels of policy-making processes. YPN has consistently worked to increase regional and youth cooperation in the Western Balkans. The network also developed gender-sensitive initiatives to protect young women’s rights, amplify their voices, and stop gender-based violence within the context of youth, peace and security.
