The National Youth Council of Serbia (KOMS) is a network comprising 110 youth organisations dedicated to serving and representing the youth community. Recognised as the highest independent representative body for youth in Serbia, KOMS functions as an advocacy platform for the improvement of the position of young people in Serbia.

Its primary aim is to enhance the standing of young people by bridging the gap and serving as a liaison between KOMS member organisations, youth, and key decision-makers, including governmental institutions. With a vision centred on fostering a dynamic environment, KOMS aspires to empower young individuals to assert their interests actively and contribute to the overall societal development.
